These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the real estate media services provided by 3D Media. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By using our media services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our services.
Description of Services
We provide media services including photography, videography, virtual tours, websites and related services that specializes in real estate as well as dynamic Online Advertising.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about the properties for which they request our services, including property addresses, access details, and any specific requirements or preferences.
Intellectual Property
All content created by us as part of our real estate media services, including photographs, videos, virtual tours, and other media, is the property of 3D Media. Clients receive a license to use this content solely for marketing the specific property for which the services were provided.
Payment Terms
Clients agree to pay the fees for our services as outlined in our pricing structure or as otherwise agreed upon in writing. A 25% deposit is required to secure the appointment and full payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise specified. 3D Media also requests that their contents are not downloaded until payment has been received in full.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure the smooth operation of our services and to respect our photographers’ time, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation without Penalty
- Clients may cancel their appointment without penalty if they notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session time.
Late Cancellation Penalty
- If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session time, a fee will be applied. The fee will range from $50 to $200, depending on the length and nature of the scheduled session
Weather-related Cancellations
- While we strive to provide our services in various weather conditions, we do not hold responsibility for checking or predicting the weather. Therefore, cancellations or rescheduling due to adverse weather conditions are the responsibility of the client.
- In the event that clients wish to cancel or reschedule a session due to weather conditions, they must notify us within a reasonable timeframe as outlined in our cancellation policy.
- Cancellations related to weather conditions will not be exempt from the cancellation policy, and any applicable fees will still apply.
Delay Policy
- Clients are expected to be ready for the scheduled session at the agreed-upon time. Delays caused by clients not being ready will incur additional fees.
- A fine will be imposed if the delay exceeds 15 minutes beyond the scheduled start time. The amount of the fine will be determined based on the duration of the delay and its impact on the photographer’s schedule.

Cleaning Fee:
- A standard cleaning fee of $30 will be applied if our photographer is required to clean any areas or equipment before, during, or after the session due to client negligence or messiness.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services in cases of repeated cancellations or delays without notice.
