How I create an account: How I can create an account to see 3D photos?

Answer: Please visit 3dmedia.com to register or purchase a service.


Viewing of shared 3D photos: A friend of mine has set his private album as ‘shared’ using the 3D Gallery internet browser interface. How can I see the 3D photos from that album on my 3D TV using the 3D Gallery Connect app?

Answer: The current version of the 3D Gallery Connect app does not support viewing of shared 3D photos. This is something we are considering including in upcoming versions.


 

 

Resolution Not Supported: In case that 3D Gallery Connect application is running on 3D Blu-Ray player connected to a 3D TV, you may get an error saying that resolution is not supported when trying to view images in 3D.

 

Suggestions: Please send us a message with the Blu-Ray player and the TV model numbers so we can investigate further.
