View 3D Images with 3DMediaViewer
3DMediaViewer LE is free 3D photo viewer software that allows you to view 3D pictures on any PC. It can be used to view 3D images in either MPO (Multi-Picture Object) or JPS (JPEG Stereo) format, and it supports three display modes:
- 3D Vision - You can view 3D images in stunning quality on a PC equipped with the NVIDIA 3D Vision ™ system.
- Interlaced - Our 3D viewer also gives excellent results on a PC connected to a monitor that displays 3D by interlacing two images. Viewing in this mode requires polarized glasses similar to those used in 3D movie theaters. Here are a few examples of interlaced 3D monitors.
- Anaglyph - You can still view 3D photos even without a 3D-capable monitor, using anaglyph mode. Viewing in this mode requires red/cyan (or red/blue) filtered glasses. This is a very inexpensive way to discover the world of 3D, but the image quality is not nearly as good as in the other display modes. Upgrade to the Full Version
When you run 3DMediaViewer for the first time, it starts a 14-day trial of the full version of the program. This includes all the features of the LE version, and also allows the following:
- adjusting the depth of 3D images
- zooming in and out during viewing
When the trial period expires, you can keep using 3DMediaViewer LE for free, or for $4.95 you can buy a permanent license for the full version of 3DMediaViewer.
